Body Conditioning Program. Are you ready to dig deep? Then you might just complete the hardest workout program ever! Extreme kickboxing classes are constructed to help improve your cardio. These classes will not teach you self-defense techniques, but the intense and active routines will keep you moving. You will burn calories and use muscles that you do not use during everyday activities!
This class is a 45 min workout using combined mind and body practices and techniques of strength training, using light weights through dynamic movements. Power Flow is an excellent way to tone muscles and reduce stress. Your instructor provides modifications yet offers exercise progression to challenge all levels of participants.
